Scheme 1

1. We build and sell houses to low income earners.
2. The beneficiaries contribute their (sweat equity) labour to the erection of the structure.
3. Interested person must first obtain application form and attend the public information seminar organised by the company.
4. To qualify for the low income housesyou must not own a house.
5. The would be beneficiaries will have to attend the sweat equity programme for six weeks(7saturdays) 100 hours of sweat equity. The hours must be shared – father, mother, and children.

Scheme 2

We are building 10,000 housing estate with Elim Microfinance Bank Ltd providing micro mortgages to our clients while we do the building.

Type of bedroom

1. One-bedroom unit apartment with aluminium roofing
2. Two-bedroom units apartment with aluminium roofing
3. Three-bedroom units apartment with aluminium roofing

Cost:
One-bedroom units will go for N1.2million while the two-bedroom units will go for N2.4million. The three-bedroom units will go for N4million.

Partnership
We are in partnership with Elim Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Beneficiaries are expected to open an account with Elim Microfinance Bank Ltd with 10 percent of the cost of the house they want.
They will save for one year and the 60% of the cost of the house will be given as mortgage by Elim Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Support

Apart from working with our clents to get mortgage loan through Elim Microfinance Bank Ltd, we also work with our clents to obtain architectural designs for the building and building approval including C of O.

Facilities:

Minimart, Recreational Center and Security are available in our estates.
