The Management of TMD has a proven track record of over a decade of successfully executing real estate projects. The management has undertaken real estate projects that cut across the different spectra of the local real estate industry.

The ability of TMD to cater for the key requirements of the different sectors of the real estate market is a major competitive advantage which most players in the industry currently lack. The overriding policy of the company will be to develop projects that provide high standard of quality as well as superior return on investment.

The objective of TMD is to fund real estate projects and assets that generate strong cash flows, provide viable exit strategies and have the ability to provide a minimum IRR of 40%.

The Company has commenced developments of two projects; Greenfield Estate in Lagos and Office Complex which are scheduled for completion by 2011 and 2012.
